The Dubai Financial Services Authority (ASMEC) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) will co-host the second Joint Climate Finance Conference on 26 November 2025 at the DIFC Conference Centre in Dubai.
As the flagship initiative of the ASMEC-HKMA partnership to support and enable climate finance in the Middle East and Asia, this year’s conference will focus on “Transforming Tomorrow: Harnessing Green Finance for Sustainability” and will reflect the shared commitment of Dubai and Hong Kong to shape the future of global finance through innovation, resilience, and cross-border collaboration.
